I tend to connect the pieces.

Today I lead Tech & Applied AI for Capital Projects & CRE at Rivian. That brings together product, systems, and AI engineering. I work on the implementation, but also on how people learn the tools, choose good problems, and take responsibility for what gets built.

A lot of my background is in large capital programs and corporate real estate. I joined Rivian in 2020 to help design its capital projects platform and portfolio analytics. Before that, I advised owners on systems and strategy at Turner & Townsend. It’s work where a missing piece of information can hold up a real decision, and a new tool only helps if people can use it.

I tend to look at a problem from a few directions. Sometimes the answer is an agent. Sometimes it’s better data, a clearer handoff, or deciding we don’t need that step at all. Getting people to change how they work is part of the solution.

I also like taking an idea far enough to find out whether it’s useful. VibeLaunch is my independent attempt to make publishing easier for people who create with AI. It puts me on the hook for the product decisions as well as the build, and gives me a different perspective from working inside a large organization.
