The setting

At Turner & Townsend, I advised enterprise real estate and capital program clients on systems, strategy, and portfolio performance.

My contribution

I analyzed portfolio data, mapped workflows, assessed reporting gaps, and translated the findings into operating frameworks and implementation plans.

The lesson

A new system only creates value when people can use it to work differently. Executive alignment and change management are part of the product.
